This is a solicitation notice for (2) Transformers-225 KVA and (2) Transformers 1500 KVA for the Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. The Government's intention is to issue a firm fixed price contract based on North American Industry Classification (NAICS code) 335311. This is a 100% set aside for small business. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 13, Simplified Aqcuisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Lowest price and technically acceptable will be determined by review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
