The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-East), MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina has a requirement for "On-site First Aid, CPR and AED training for twenty-six (26) classes with a minimum of eight (8) students and a maximum of ten (10) students per class". It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611699. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (No. M6700119Q1097) will be posted on or about 06 February 2019 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov.
