Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installation EAST has a requirement for portable toilet services. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contracts must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
