The Marine Corps Installations East/ Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST/MCB) Telecommunications Division of the G-6 aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the non-personal support services to provide telephone equipment support for Nortel/Avaya/ Genband equipment located aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, North Carolina. The support services shall include Technical Assistance Service (TAS), / Extended Technical Assistance Services (ETAS), Return & Repair Replacement, and Remote Diagnostics, based on the CS-2100 host and remote having 27,503 active ports, one (1) Call Pilot Messaging systems with 192 total ports, and MG9K remote systems. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two option periods of 12 months each. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13. This proposed acquisition is being issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to award to the best value offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be made approximately seven (10) business days after closing of response period. A complete statement of work will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation No. M67001-19-Q-0014 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
