The Government will solicit (M6700119Q0008) and award this contract using FAR Part 13.5. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price contract on an all or none basis. The requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 488190. The request for quotation (RFQ) documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2019-01, effective 20 December 2018 and DFARS Policy Notice (DPN) 20181031, effective 31 October 2018. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOps, www.fbo.gov, on or about 15 March 2018.
