Will the government be providing a full personnel list to conduct movements outside of the Rio city limits to meet Brazilian government transportation regulations when transporting personnel outside of Rio to Ihla do Marambia? A: No. Travel to Ihla do Marambia is not required for personnel movement. The transportation requirements is for the vendor to transport US and partner nation personnel to an existing port inside the Rio city limits. Personnel will then board a ferry which will transport them to Ihla do Marambia. ---END---
