PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Public Works Division aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement to procure Siemens JFR single-phase voltage regulators. It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be Brand Name only, 100% Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335311, Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing. The size standard for this requirement is 800 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. The solicitation (M6700125Q0006) will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contracting Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them on the SAM website.
