The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this current service requirement. Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Marine Corp Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune Contracting Department is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine the general availability of lease and maintenance support services for washing machines and dryers to be located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, SC. The applicable NAICS is 532210 – Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental, and the size standard is $41.5 million average annual receipts. This requirement will be set-aside for businesses in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your 8(a) organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and business size and type of ownership for the organization Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organization and staff capability. The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to: 1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; 2) secure full range of resources required to successfully perform; and 3) implement a successful project management plan. Responses to this RFI should not exceed twenty (20) pages and must contain the following information: Capability Statement Service History Responses must be received no later than 15 December 2020 at 11:00 am EST. Overview: The vendor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to furnish, install and maintain new leased contractor-owned washers and dryers and maintain and repair Government-owned washers and dryers at building located on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina. Requirements: a. Provide leased equipment, installation and maintenance to include comprehensive vent and duct cleaning of all dryers’ duct work of approximately 124 automatic, heavy-duty type top load washers; 73 single dryers; and 50 double stacked dryer pairs (100) machines for approximately 10 barracks located aboard MCAS Beaufort, SC. b. Preventive maintenance and repair of Government-owned washers and dryers; approximately one (1) Speed Queen heavy-duty HE washer, one (1) Speed Queen heavy-duty extractor, one (1) Speed Queen heavy-duty HE dryer, and one (1) Speed Queen heavy-duty stand up unit dryer. c.
