This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) [2024-05] and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) [20240627]. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. CLIN 0001: Hazardous Materials Training The Government will award the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration unless they qualify under an exemption. UEI, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site https://sam.gov/content/home under solicitation M6261324Q0007. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
