Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M6261324Q0003 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 06 August 2024. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) (2024-05) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) (20240729). DPAS Rating is DO-C9E (for supply). CLIN 0001AA through 0001AT The Government will award the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration unless you qualify under an exemption. UEI, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site https://asia.neco.navy.mil under solicitation M6261324Q0003. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 02, September2024 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
