This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This is an OCONUS requirement: FAR 19.000(b) applies. The NAICS code is 332313 This solicitation M6261322Q0015 incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. The requirement is for SECURITY BARRIER BUOY LINE, The Contractor shall provide a 1200-1300 foot security buoy line that has day flags and night lights attached, to ensure maximum security efforts are utilized while ships are pier-side.
