This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This is an OCONUS requirement: FAR 19.000(b) applies. The NAIC code is 624190. The requirement is for the CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN SERVICE WORSHIP LEADER at the MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI (MCASI, Japan). See attachment for details. This solicitation M62613-22-Q-0010 incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623.
