This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This is an OCONUS requirement: FAR 19.000(b) applies. The NAIC code is 333997 This solicitation M62613-22-Q-0008 incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. The requirement is for removal of existing scale and install new Resisting Pressure Explosion Proof type Platform Scale. See attachment for details. Offers must be received no later than 11:00AM, 11 Aug. 2022, Japan Standard Time (JST). Solicitation closing date is 11 Aug 2022.
