The Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This requirement is not Set-Aside for Small Businesses. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. The FSC code is G099 and the NAICS is 624190. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M62613-19-Q-0009 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 4 Feb. 2019 Japan Standard Time (JST). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows; ITEM No. 0001: Protestant Director of Religious Education –Base year ITEM No. 1001: Protestant Director of Religious Education –Option year 1 ITEM NO. 2001: Protestant Director of Religious Education –Option year 2 The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability and Price with acceptable past performance. It is the quoter’s responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the quoted product. Therefore, the quoter shall submit complete technical information pertaining to their quoted product to certify complying with the Government requirement in order to determine technical acceptability. Quoters are instructed to completely fill out vender information and return them along with your quote. Failure to provide the required information, including estimated shipping charge, and attachment may result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
