This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice issued by the Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified sources capable of providing annual inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of fire department assets, including Mobile Live Fire Training Props, Electro-Hydraulic Extrication Equipment, and Breathing Air Compressors. These services support MCAS Iwakuni Fire & Emergency Services (FES) in ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining mission-ready equipment. Interested vendors must demonstrate technical capability, relevant certifications (e.g., OEM factory training), and experience in performing the ITM tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Draft. All work will be conducted on-site at MCAS Iwakuni and the Atago Housing Complex. • June 6th is the deadline for submitting any questions regarding this RFI. • June 11th is the deadline for submitting the written Capabilities Statement in response to this RFI.
