Non-personal services. The Contractor shall establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive plan for a Protestant Religious Education. Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement as directed by the contracting officer or the government representative. Contractor shall reside within commuting distance of MCAS Iwakuni Chapel. The contractor shall provide work-related references, a resume to corroborate qualifications, and other applicable documents to verify records. The Contractor shall provide a Protestant Director of Religious Education service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni (MCASI).
