The contractor shall provide services for general upkeep, maintenance,and installation of H&S Bn Henderson Hall’s Zembiec Pool Facility Winter Dome Enclosure. Work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable state and local codes, ordinances, regulations, applicable laws of the State of Virginia, United States Marine Corps standards and instructions, as well as best commercial practices.
