Provide Adaptive Threat Force and SME during execution of MTX ATF is to provide training to the MCMWTC Exercise Control (EXCON) enhancing multi-domain capabilities from the squad upward in ADFOR in support of MTX. ATF provides expertise in emerging and adaptive force approaches; irregular force approaches; cyber and information operations approaches; local operations approaches; innovative management approaches; and other custom training areas. ATF will focus on illuminating emerging battlefield asymmetries, delivering a unique view of previously illusive adversary vulnerabilities, and providing MCMWTC direct feedback on current operations and approaches to prompt innovation considering the adversarial realities. Provide learning services include instructional courses, embedded advisor solutions, technology demonstrations, and pre-exercise activities. Services should consider echelons, regions, functions, time, and objectives, among other factors. ATF will be proficient in Outcomes Based Learning (OBL).
