The government seeks to purchase 3,000 magazine pouches in Coyote Brown, preferably made of nylon, that attach to ICE gear via MOLLE straps. Each pouch must hold two 5.56 magazines, be double-sided, and feature double and triple stitching with back-stitching at stress points. The closure system includes a 2.4" x 6.5" flap with hook-and-loop and a pull tab, plus an elastic strap to secure the magazine. Pouches must use a Coyote Brown or tan Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS). The contract is preferably awarded to a small business.
