Solicitation: M29000-22-Q-0114 Agency/Office: EXPEDITIONARY CONTRACTING OFFICE/CLR-37, OKINAWA, JAPAN Title: Shuttle Busses Description(s): III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Okinawa, JP SOLICITATION: This synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The synopsis/solicitation will be advertised as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is M29000-22-Q-0114. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 485510 size standard $16,500.00. The government contemplates a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract under FAR Part 13 -Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date: 19 May 2022. QUOTES: Quotes are to be received no later than 10 a.m. PST on May 17, 2022. Quotes may be submitted by electronic means for consideration of award. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in sam.gov. BASIS FOR AWARD: The competition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible quoter who provides the best value to the Government. Evaluations and consideration will be made based on the price and other factors (see attached Sol# M29000-22-Q-0114). The Government intends to issue an FFP contract. The Government reserves the right not to award if it is determined not to be in best interest of the Government. Performance Period: SEE ATTACHED RFQ SF1449 and ALL APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision.
