This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 562991 size standard of $9M. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20231030. All fees associated with the specifications outlined in the PWS (cleaning, stocking, relocation) shall be included in the unit price for each CLIN below. Are they to be serviced daily alongside the toilets?" A: Yes, they are to be serviced alongside the toilets. ***Ammendment P00004 - Q: "On the lines that give one date and no range, like training area R3 & Demo 48, are we to assume that those items should be delivered and removed on the same day or would removal take place on the following day?"
