1.0 SCOPE. MARFORCOM aboard Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads Norfolk, Virginia has a requirement to relocate Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Hub Point of Presence (PoP) from Building NH-41 (MCA600) to Building NH-33 (MCA614). 2.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Services will be provided aboard Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads as stated in paragraph 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3.0 REQUIREMENTS. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to relocate Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Hub Point of Presence (PoP) from Building NH-41 (MCA600) to Building NH-33 (MCA614). 3.1 NOTE: It is assumed all conduits exist, are not collapsed, and capable of integrating new cabling. 3.2 CONTRACTOR PROVIDED LABOR. The contractor shall provide all labor required to complete required work. 3.3 OTHER: Contractor shall provide labor and material required to complete bore/vault replacement. The contractor shall coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact for recovery of all contractor provided equipment at the end of the contract period of performance. The Government will not be responsible for any contractor provided equipment that is not collected within 30 days of the contract period of performance end date. 4.0 BUILDING LOCATION(s). Locations: (MCA600) NH41 to (MCA614) NH33 Notes: It is assumed all conduits exist, are not collapsed, and capable of integrating new cabling. The Government point of contact is not a warranted Contracting Officer and does not have the authority to take any action, either directly or indirectly, that would change the pricing, quantity, place of performance, delivery schedule, or any other terms and conditions of the contract.
