They currently have an existing inoperable and unrepairable in-ceiling room dividing paneled wall that needs removal and replacement in kind (panel style and inoperable equipment visual attached). (2) Installation of the operating wall, there must also be repairs to the acoustic tile ceiling around the installation track.
