Position control hinges for partial opening is preferred. Portable wall dividers need to be wheeled with locking casters (locking corner casters need to be provided at a minimum). Self-leveling casters are preferred. Panels: Individual panel length can be between 2-4’. End panels need to be full panels to include full panel end pieces. Panel material needs to be tackable in order to pin up classroom products. The top horizontal end of the panels needs to be able to accept hooks. Portable wall divider height: Height window needs to be between 6’10” and 7’6”. Length of the portable wall dividers: Full length of each portable wall divider needs to cover the lengths as portrayed for each room per enclosure (1). Any deviations in length/width provided on any portable wall must be within 6” of that stated in Enclosure (1) for any wall in any room. Sound: Portable wall dividers should have a sound reduction/dampening capability. Design: Portable wall dividers can be designed to open straight out and in, or they can have the ability to bend in “L” shapes (90-360 degree hinge capability) in order to cover the square footage needed in each room per enclosure (1). Panels should have a no-pinch style seam for safety. Storage latch is preferred when the portable room divider is closed for ease and safety of movement. Finish Specifications: Color: Panels can be beige/desert/sand.
