General scope of work shall be to supply all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide appropriate unarmed security guard services at the U.S. Government owned National Capitol Region (NCR) site. General performance criteria shall include but not be limited to providing an unarmed security guard service to: ? Control access to the facility and related premises. ? Perform inspections, detection and investigation of all security-related incidents, violations of regulations and matters of public safety and report same to appropriate authorities. ? Respond promptly and appropriately to all security related emergencies. ? Prepare and submit written reports as directed.
