The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installation West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, intends to procure the services of a qualified Religious Ministry Professional to serve as a Roman Catholic Priest in support of the Roman Catholic Community at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma Chaplain’s Office. The anticipated period of performance is scheduled to commence on or about 17 September 2025. In accordance with federal law and Department of Defense policy, the resulting contract must be awarded directly to the individual Roman Catholic Priest, the affiliated parish, or the diocese. Third-party staffing agencies are not eligible for award under this requirement. Furthermore, prospective contractors must be endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, as a condition of eligibility.
