Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. As part of this special notice, MCAS Iwakuni Contracting Office (MCASI CO) will be evaluating, for planning purposes, if there are an adequate number of qualified and interested contractors capable of providing the services and/or products. Specifically, these exchanges are in support of market research being conducted by MCASI CO to determine if there are businesses in the market that provide these services and the adequacy of its Statement of Work (SOW). This includes its clarification of contract requirements and completeness of the SOW. Not responding to this SS does not preclude participation in any future Request For Proposal, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities. Potential responders are responsible for monitoring this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The NAICS Code determined appropriate for this acquisition is 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools. Vendors responding to this announcement shall indicate their business size for NAICS code 611519. Please include your CAGE Code and DUNS number as well. NOTE: If, after reviewing the draft SOW and courses descriptions, your firm believes another NAICS code is more appropriate, provide the rationale and justification. All students who pass the course shall be provided official accredited certifications by either ProBoard or IFSAC. Multiple courses must be conducted by qualified instructional personnel in accordance with the guidance provided by their accrediting body. The US Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (CSPs) performing the services herein. Such CSPs shall be accountable solely to the contractor who is, in turn responsible to the US Government. Place of Performance.
