Solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Performance-Based Acquisition (PBA), indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type, service contract; providing regular use chemical toilets and hand-washing stations and cleaning services aboard: 1. Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA 2. Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Fallbrook, CA 3. Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA 4. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA Many of the services required will be in rugged, off-road locations and will require all-terrain vehicles. The work is to be performed in range areas, field training areas, and populated areas. The Period of Performance will be for a one (1) year base ordering period, plus two (2) one-year ordering periods for a total of three (3) years, with the option to extend services for six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is W085 – Lease or Rental of Toiletries. The Object Class (OC) Code is 23.2 - Rental Payments to Others. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 - Portable toilet renting and/or servicing, to include but not limit services such as: (1) pumping (i.e., cleaning) septic tanks and cesspools and/or (2) renting and/or servicing portable toilets and other related equipment.
