This is a firm-fixed-price, performance-based contract for leasing, servicing, and cleaning portable chemical toilets and hand-washing stations at four military installations in California: MCB Camp Pendleton, NWS Fallbrook, MCRD San Diego, and MCAS Miramar. Services will be required in rugged, off-road locations, range areas, and populated areas, necessitating the use of all-terrain vehicles. The period of performance is for one base year plus two one-year option periods, totaling three years, with a potential six-month service extension. Quoters must complete all attached worksheets, including those for past performance, and may submit clarification questions to the Contracting Officer.
