The United States Marine Corps requires on-site annual flow testing of specific Scott Safety SCBA equipment and one-time hydrostatic testing of carbon cylinders at four bases in California: Camp Pendleton, Barstow, Miramar, and 29 Palms. The period of performance is expected to begin on 23 September 2025. The solicitation has been amended to add contract line items, update the performance work statement, and revise evaluation sections. A second amendment added a standard funding clause and changed the dates for the period of performance. A conformed copy of the solicitation incorporating all changes is provided.
