The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide for 1,000 commercial-grade Portable Air Conditioning Units (PACUs) to support the Consolidated Material Service Center (CMSC). These units will be deployed in single-occupancy dormitory-style billeting spaces for unaccompanied Marines. The anticipated procurement will be a Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via SAM (www.sam.gov) on or around 18 August 2025. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: N/A The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 333415 (Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250.
