The Regional Contracting Office - MCIWest, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA has a requirement to obtain Motor Vehicle Operator Services for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT) Department. This solicitation shall be conducted under FAR PART 12 and 15 procedures. See solicitation, amendment (to change the NAICS Code), amendment (to update Period of Performance and extend submission requirement time) and attachments for requirements necessary for proposal submittal. See “Addendum 52.212-1 (Instructions)” for specific requirements to include the process for questions. The period of performance is expected to begin on 16 Jan 2025 with a five (5) year ordering period. The anticipated procurement will be a Single Awardee Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and a Cost Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). Task Order shall be issued for services utilizing an Exhibit Line Item Numbering (ELIN) system. Set-aside status: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 485113 (Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems) with a size standard of $32.5M. Request for Information (RFI) This acquisition shall provide additional support for vehicle operators, with Class A, Class B, and Class C driver licenses. This is a supplemented support contract which supports and supplements existing government motor vehicle operators as needed on an on-call basis. The daily average number of motor vehicle support operators is approximately 100 operators inclusive of all locations depending on the as-needed requirement. The Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing temporary drivers for the following 7 locations: Camp Pendleton, CA MCMWTC Bridgeport, CA MCAGCC Twenty-Nine Palms, CA MCRD San Diego MCLB Barstow, CA Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona Potential offerors are invited to provide feedback via e-mail to Jody.Koch@usmc.mil.
