This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) utilizing FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Award will be made on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order, all or none, to provide the required equipment.
