The original response date of 16 July 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. (PST) has been extended to 28 July 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. (PST). This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price service contract which will support The Camp Pendleton Base Brig (CPBB), a military confinement facility (MCF) located aboard Marine Corps Installations West-Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California (MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN), by providing periods of instruction for up to approximately 40 selected prisoners from within the CPBB prisoner population with the vocational skills in the areas of solar design and installation, small engine repair, money management, business information and technology, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The period of performance is expected to be a one-year period running from 01 August 2022 – 31 July 2023.

Synopsis Notification The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide periods of instruction for up to approximately 40 personnel with the vocational skills in the areas of solar design and installation, small engine repair, money management, business information and technology, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). All training shall be conducted aboard Camp Pendleton Base Brig (CPBB) training and vocational areas. The number of classes is dependent upon the hours required, and coordination with the CPBB to de-conflict with other operations. The period of performance is expected to 1 Aug 2022 – 31 July 2023 The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
