This requirement is for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement, drayage, storage, and related services. It is for local moves only in support of MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN (i.e. those moves with an origin and destination that falls within Camp Pendleton’s geographical area of responsibility and for personnel supported by MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN): San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County. The period of performance is expected to begin on or about 1 September 2021, with a one year base period, four one-year option periods, and the option to extend services up to 6 months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The anticipated procurement will be an Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-type contract with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract line item numbers (CLINs). This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via Contract Opportunities (formerly FedBizOpps (FBO)) on https://beta.sam.gov/ on or around 15 March 2021 for this requirement.
