This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The resulting award will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service contract with task orders issued in accordance with FAR 12.207(a), Contract Type and FAR 16.202-2, Application of Firm-Fixed-Price Contracts. The resulting award will support SWRFT with Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Equipment Maintenance Service and Minor Repair. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure services to provide equipment checks, services, cleaning, refueling, and minor repair tasks on non-tactical mobile equipment. The non-tactical equipment to be serviced will include, but is not limited to: forklifts, warehouse tractors, low speed electric carts, warehouse sweepers, trailers, and similar SWRFT support equipment. This effort supports the Marine Corps Installations West – Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN) Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT) division, which consist of seven (7) sites throughout California and Arizona. The period of performance is expected to begin on or about 1 September 2021, with a one year base period, two possible one-year option periods, and the option to extend services up to 6 months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
