Please see attached solicitation amendment 0001. _______________________________________________ This solicitation is hereby posted. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-type contract with Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract Line Items under FAR Part 12.207(a) Contract Type, in conjunction with FAR 13.5(a) “Simplified Acquisition Procedures” and FAR 16.503, “Requirements Contracts.” The resulting award will utilize Third Party Payment Procedures (in accordance with FAR 52.232-36 and Defense Travel Regulation (DTR) 4500.9-R-Part IV, Appendix G, Attachment G-7). The resulting award will support Household Goods (HHG) Moving and Storage Services. This requirement is for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement, drayage, storage, and related services. It is for local moves only in support of MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN (i.e. those moves with an origin and destination that falls within Camp Pendleton’s geographical area of responsibility and for personnel supported by MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN): San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County. The period of performance is expected to begin on or about 1 September 2021, with a one year base period, four one-year option periods, and the option to extend services up to 6 months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. *In accordance with Section 7.1 of Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 4500.57, the selected contractor shall be on the USTRANSCOM Personal Property Approved Domestic Transportation Service Provider (TSP) List.
