Support 160 employees. Provide crew scheduling; integrated employee communications; trades; vacations; leave distribution; time off accrual tracking; API third party integration with Emergency Reporting and ImageTrend; automated personnel movement based on qualifications to open positions. Provides fair and equitable overtime distribution in accordance with CBA rules; the automatic filling of open positions with the correct personnel by utilizing the combination of department rules, labor guidelines, skill-sets, and availability. Has built-in telecommunications for notifying and receiving responses of open slots. Built-in telecommunications must automatically place outbound phone calls, text messages, and mobile app alerts without user intervention — telecommunication should require no onsite hardware or phone integration.
