This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20190628 This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 481219, Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation, with a small size standard of $15,000,000. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for Services- Aircraft Support to conduct High Altitude/High Opening (HAHO) jumping capability in support of 1st Reconnaissance Battalion.
