This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-101 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20180928. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320 Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated), with a small size standard of $5,500,000. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for Services- Laundry and Dry Cleaning in support of Drill Instructors (DI) of Recruit Training Regiment (RTR) aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, California.
