The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, United State Marine Corps (USMC) Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Musical Instruments using the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5. This requirement will be solicited as full and open competition. No set-aside is being used. The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with this determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 339992. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated procurement will be a Single Awardee Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Government will solicit (M00681) and award this contract using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 13.5.
