Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) Synopsis: The Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing chemical toilet and handwashing station services at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA, and Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, CA. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial). The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard of $9.0M. NAICS code complaince will occur when proposals are submitted. Proposals are not to be submitted at this time. This is a Sources Sought, NOT A REQUIEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE. Scope of Work: See attached PWS for full scope of work. Responses to Sources Sought: Responses to this notices shall not constitute responses to solicitiation, which are not currently available. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not consdiered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
