This solicitation was previously issued under Solicitation M00681-21-R-0003, as it expired without receiving any responsive offerors. The Regional Contracting Office - MCIWest, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA has a requirement to obtain Uniform Alteration Services for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego, California. MCRD San Diego and Weapons Field Training Battalion, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton (WFTBN, MCB Camp Pendleton), train Marine Corps Recruits, Drill Instructors, and Recruiters. During training, these Marines are issued a variety of uniforms for wear throughout their Marine Corps career. The uniforms they receive must be tailored to meet Marine Corps standards as set forth in the Marine Corps Uniform and Alterations Manual "TM 10120-15/1B" (see PWS Appendix 1). This requirement is for tailoring services of Marine Corps uniforms to comply with TM 10120-15/1B and as set forth in the schedule and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Fitting and marking actions are all conducted at MCRD San Diego. This solicitation shall be conducted under FAR PART 12 and 15 procedures. See solicitation and attachments for requirements necessary for proposal submittal. See “Addendum 52.212-1 (Instructions)” for specific requirements to include the process for questions. The period of performance is expected to begin on 1 May 2021 with a One (1) year base and four (4) one-year options. The anticipated procurement will be a Single Awardee Requirements contract with Firm-Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
