This is a request for proposal u... NOTIFICATION: This solicitation (M00681-20-R-0009) is hereby cancelled. Amendment 1 is hereby attached to answer industry questions. The solicitation is hereby posted. This is a request for proposal utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 19. In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence. The resulting award will be a single award, C-type contract with Firm-Fixed Priced Contract Line Items (CLINs). This requirement shall provide Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Level and Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance support repairs, calibrations, supply support, maintenance management analysis, and Reparable Issue Point (RIP) operations on site at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) 29 Palms, CA. The period of performance shall be a base period of 12-months with (4) four 12-month option periods.

Section 8(a) Competitive Acquisition Synopsis The Marine Corps Installations West – Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) has a requirement to provide Contracted Maintenance Support (CMS) for Mobile Equipment Maintenance, Supply and Technical Support Services located at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) 29 Palms, CA. The period of performance is expected to begin 9 December 2020. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via beta.SAM (www.beta.SAM.gov) on or around 20 August 2020 for this requirement. This is not a request for responses.
