ONLY VENDORS SPECIALIZED ON MOBILE LABORATORY MAINTENANCE (Germfree Equipment) WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS RFI IF YOUR ARE NOT IN THIS FIELD/INDUSTRY (NO THIRD PARTIES/INTERMEDIARIES) Service needed: The extended warranty package shall cover necessary maintenance of the items listed below to ensure serviceability and certify functionality per (Germfree) original equipment manufacturers (OEM) standards. Air bag system, Primary containment equipment to include the Class III BSC glovebox with airlock, Filtration systems to include the NBC and HVAC systems, UPS system, Suspension between the box and the vehicle chassis. A single deployment of maintenance support within the contiguous United States (CONUS) to ensure all components listed above are fully operational in accordance with OEM standards. The duration of each maintenance support trip is expected to be about 1-3 days, except in real world contingency operations where the duration cannot be determined.
