Marine Corps Base Hawaii is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties to support the requirement of procuring standing, walk-through metal detectors for rental, delivery, set-up, trainer-led instruction for use, and breakdown 11 - 14 August 2022, including: A. Rental, installation and breakdown of: a) Eight (8) standing, walk-through metal detectors with capability to ignore cell phones b) Fifteen (15) security wands B. Training of designated personnel on operation and control of: a) Walk-through metal detectors B) Security wands The result of this market research Sources Sought notice will contribute toward determination of the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334519. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
