The purpose of AMENDMENT 2 is to extend the proposal due date to January 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM HST. Questions have been submitted in response to this solicitation. Responses to the questions will be provided to all interested parties in an forthcoming solicitation amendment. No further questions will be accepted after 12:00 PM HST today, January 26, 2026. Please refer to solicitation M0031826Q0006-0002 for further guidance. The purpose of AMENDMENT 1 is to incorporate the 4 option year CLINs. Please refer to solicitation M0031826Q0006-0001 for further guidance. This is a non-personal services requirement to provide 15 hours a week for 52 weeks of Youth Ministry Services. The 15 hours per week will be coordinated with the Senior Chaplain upon award of the contract. The Contractor shall provide personnel to establish, implement and maintain a strategy, and comprehensive plan for a Youth Ministry Program for the Chapel located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
