Marine Corps Base Hawaii is inviting bidders for the purchase of stainless steel and aluminum scrap: Subject: Invitation to bid Ferrous Metal (Steel) – Term agreement for one year with up to 5 option years. Items Offered for Sale: Desription: Various Ferrous Metals equaling 25,000 pounds a month Location of recyclable material: MCBH Kaneohe Bay Recycle Center, Bldg. 132, corner of 1st and D Street, MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii 96863. Hours of operation 0800-1500. Pick up and drop off must be completed prior to 1400 Monday through Friday. The Purchaser agrees to drop off a 30-40 yard roll off for steel accumulation at MCBH Kaneohe Bay Recycle Center, Building 132. MCBH QRP will notify Purchaser when full roll off is ready for pickup. Purchaser will drop off empty roll off within one (1) business day after picking up full roll off. Please see attached IFB for further information regarding the bidding process, regulations, etc.
