The contracted Roman Catholic (RC) Priest provides limited services for the Roman Catholic community supported by the Command Religious Program of Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay. The Roman Catholic Priest (Contractor) shall officiate at the regularly scheduled Sunday Roman Catholic Mass, perform baptisms and officiate Holy Day Masses and other Special Occasions as available. The Designated Government Representative (DGR) shall be the Command Chaplain, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. The RC Lay Leader appointed by the Commanding Officer shall coordinate the RC portion of the Religious Offering Fund (ROF) account, and its charitable and community social dispersals with recommendation by the Contractor. This position will provide services for 20 hours per week.
