In an effort to properly manage, and dispose of, the potential hazardous waste produced as a byproduct of shop towel laundering, the Environmental Protection and Compliance Department (EPCD) located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) seeks the services of a contractor to provide shop towel use on a rental basis, and exchanged weekly, for laundering in a facility immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of environmental law and regulation for MCBH and the EPCD. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, transportation, facilities supervision, and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of shop towel rental and laundering services for ECPD, MCBH.
