In accordance with (IAW) spill response operations requirements under 40 CFR Part 112, the Environmental Department aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for one (1) shallow water response vehicle (watercraft) to assist with spill response operations. The minimum salient characteristics of the shallow response watercraft shall include: - Towing capabilities - Seat 2-3 persons - Ample storage - Compatibility with a rescue sled Please refer to the provision at FAR 52.212-1 and the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, for all quotation package requirements.
